Al-Baqara 2:6
البقرةإِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
Those who persist in disbelief, it is the same whether you warn them or not, they will not believe.
