Fussilat 41:3
فصلتكِتَـٰبٌ فُصِّلَتْ ءَايَـٰتُهُۥ قُرْءَانًا عَرَبِيًّا لِّقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ
a Book whose verses are well explained; an Arabic Qur’an[2] for people who understand,
