Al-Anfaal 8:59
الأنفالوَلَا يَحْسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ سَبَقُوٓا۟ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ لَا يُعْجِزُونَ
The disbelievers should not think that they are unreachable; they cannot escape.
