Al-Anfaal 8:56
الأنفالٱلَّذِينَ عَـٰهَدتَّ مِنْهُمْ ثُمَّ يَنقُضُونَ عَهْدَهُمْ فِى كُلِّ مَرَّةٍ وَهُمْ لَا يَتَّقُونَ
those with whom you [O Prophet] made a treaty, but they break their treaty every time, and they do not fear Allah.
