Yaseen 36:7
يسلَقَدْ حَقَّ ٱلْقَوْلُ عَلَىٰٓ أَكْثَرِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
The decree [of punishment] has been passed against most of them, for they will not believe.
