Yaseen 36:8
يسإِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِىٓ أَعْنَـٰقِهِمْ أَغْلَـٰلًا فَهِىَ إِلَى ٱلْأَذْقَانِ فَهُم مُّقْمَحُونَ
[It is as if] We have placed shackles around their necks up to their chins, so their heads are forced to remain up,
