Al-Anbiyaa 21:26
الأنبياءوَقَالُوا۟ ٱتَّخَذَ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ وَلَدًا ۗ سُبْحَـٰنَهُۥ ۚ بَلْ عِبَادٌ مُّكْرَمُونَ
They say, “The Most Compassionate has begotten offspring!”[13] Glory be to Him! In fact, those [angels] are His honored slaves.
[13] The pagans claimed that angels are the daughters of Allah.

And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken a son." Exalted is He! Rather, they[882] are [but] honored servants.
