Al-Anbiyaa 21:27
الأنبياءلَا يَسْبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلْقَوْلِ وَهُم بِأَمْرِهِۦ يَعْمَلُونَ
They do not speak before He speaks, and they only do as He commands.
