At-Tawba 9:87
التوبةرَضُوا۟ بِأَن يَكُونُوا۟ مَعَ ٱلْخَوَالِفِ وَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يَفْقَهُونَ
They are content to be with those helpless who stay behind[71]; their hearts have been sealed, so that they do not understand.
