Al-Qalam 68:7

القلم

إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِٱلْمُهْتَدِينَ

Meaning

Indeed, your Lord alone knows best who has strayed from His way and those who are rightly guided.
