Yaseen 36:79
يسقُلْ يُحْيِيهَا ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنشَأَهَآ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ ۖ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلْقٍ عَلِيمٌ
Say, “The One Who created them in the first place will give life to them, for He has full knowledge of every created being;
