Ar-Room 30:52
الرومفَإِنَّكَ لَا تُسْمِعُ ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ وَلَا تُسْمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ ٱلدُّعَآءَ إِذَا وَلَّوْا۟ مُدْبِرِينَ
You cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf hear the call when they turn their backs and walk away.
