Al-Baqara 2:100
البقرةأَوَكُلَّمَا عَـٰهَدُوا۟ عَهْدًا نَّبَذَهُۥ فَرِيقٌ مِّنْهُم ۚ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
Is it that every time they ratify a covenant, a party of them cast it aside? In fact, most of them do not believe.
