At-Tawba
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. لَا يَسْتَـْٔذِنُكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْـَٔاخِرِ أَن يُجَـٰهِدُوا۟ بِأَمْوَٰلِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌۢ بِٱلْمُتَّقِينَ 44
{44} Kisha akajulisha kwamba wale wanaomwamini Mwenyezi Mungu na Siku ya Mwisho hawaombi ruhusa ya kuacha jihadi kwa mali zao na nafsi zao. Kwa sababu matamanio yale waliyo nayo juu ya heri na imani yanawafanya kwenda katika jihadi bila ya kuhimizwa juu ya hilo na mhimizaji yeyote, na zaidi kwamba waombe ruhusa ya kuiacha bila ya udhuru. "Na Mwenyezi Mungu ni Mwenye kuwajua vyema wachamungu." Basi atawalipa kwa yale waliyoyafanya ya kumcha yeye. Na katika kujua kwake wachamungu ni kwamba alijulisha kwamba katika alama zao ni kwamba hawaombi ruhusa ya kuacha jihadi.
