Al-A'raaf

وَإِلَىٰ مَدْيَنَ أَخَاهُمْ شُعَيْبًا ۗ قَالَ يَـٰقَوْمِ ٱعْبُدُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَـٰهٍ غَيْرُهُۥ ۖ قَدْ جَآءَتْكُم بَيِّنَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ ۖ فَأَوْفُوا۟ ٱلْكَيْلَ وَٱلْمِيزَانَ وَلَا تَبْخَسُوا۟ ٱلنَّاسَ أَشْيَآءَهُمْ وَلَا تُفْسِدُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ بَعْدَ إِصْلَـٰحِهَا ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ 85
85. Yani "Na" tulituma kwa kabila la Madyana ambalo ni mashuhuri "ndugu yao" katika nasaba "Shu’aib" akiwaita wamwabudu Mwenyezi Mungu peke yake, bila ya mshirika yeyote, na awaamrishe kutimiza vipimo na mizani, na kwamba wasiwapunje watu vitu vyao, na kwamba wasizidishe kufanya uharibifu katika ardhi, kwa kukithirisha maasia. Na ndiyo maana akasema, “wala msifanye uharibifu katika ardhi baada ya kutengenea kwake. Hayo ndiyo bora kwenu ikiwa nyinyi ni Waumini.” Kwani kuacha maasia kwa kufuata amri ya Mwenyezi Mungu na kujiweka karibu naye ni bora na ni yenye manufaa zaidi kwa mja kuliko kuyafanya ambako kunapelekea kwenye ghadhabu ya Yeye Afanyaye Atakalo, na adhabu ya Moto.
