Al-An'aam
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَلَمْ يَلْبِسُوٓا۟ إِيمَـٰنَهُم بِظُلْمٍ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ لَهُمُ ٱلْأَمْنُ وَهُم مُّهْتَدُونَ 82
{82} Yeye Mwenyezi Mungu Mtukufu Amesema kwa kutoa hukumu kati ya makundi haya mawili: "Wale ambao waliamini, na hawakuchanganya imani yao na dhuluma, hao ndio wana amani, na wao ndio walioongoka." Amani kutokana na yenye kuhofisha, na adhabu, na mashaka, na uwongofu kwenda katika njia iliyonyooka. Na ikiwa hawakuichanganya imani yao na dhuluma hata kidogo, si kwa ushirikina wala kwa maasia, basi wangepata amani kamili na uwongofu kamili. Na ikiwa hawakuichanganya imani yao na ushirikina peke yake, lakini wanafanya mabaya, basi wanapata msingi wa uwongofu na msingi wa amani, hata kama hawakufikia ukamilifu wake. Maana ya Aya tukufu isiyokuwa ya moja kwa moja ni kwamba wale ambao hawakupata mambo yote mawili, ni kwamba hawakupata uongofu wala amani, bali fungu lao ni upotofu na mashaka.
