As-Sajda
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فِى سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ ٱسْتَوَىٰ عَلَى ٱلْعَرْشِ ۖ مَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِهِۦ مِن وَلِىٍّ وَلَا شَفِيعٍ ۚ أَفَلَا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ 4
{4} Mwenyezi Mungu Mtukufu anajulisha juu ya ukamilifu wa uwezo wake kwa kuumba mbingu na ardhi kwa siku sita, na siku ya kwanza yake ikiwa ni Jumapili, na ya mwisho yake ikiwa ni Ijumaa, pamoja na kwamba ana uwezo wa kuumba mara moja, lakini Mwenyezi Mungu Mtukufu ni mpole, Mwenye hekima "na akatawala kwenye Kiti cha Enzi," ambacho ndicho paa la viumbe vyote. Alitawala kutawala kunakoufailia utukufu wake. "Nyinyi hamna mlinzi yeyote atakayewasimamia katika mambo yenu, akawanufaisha, wala mwombezi atakayewafanyia uombezi ikiwa mtaelekewa na adhabu." "Je, hamkumbuki?" Basi mkajua kwamba Muumba wa ardhi na mbingu, ambaye ametawala juu ya kiti kikubwa cha enzi, ambaye ndiye Peke Yake katika kuwaendesha na kuwasimamia, na ambaye ana uombezi wote, ndiye anayestahiki kila aina ya ibada!
