Al-Anbiyaa

أَمْ لَهُمْ ءَالِهَةٌ تَمْنَعُهُم مِّن دُونِنَا ۚ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ نَصْرَ أَنفُسِهِمْ وَلَا هُم مِّنَّا يُصْحَبُونَ 43
{43} "Au wao wanao miungu watakaoweza kuwakinga kutokana nasi?" Yaani, tukitaka wafanye maovu; je, kuna yeyote katika miungu yao anayeweza kuwaepusha na shari hii na shari inayowasibu? "Hao hawawezi kujinusuru, wala hawatalindwa nasi!" Yaani, hawateseki kwa ajili ya mambo yao kwa upande wetu, na ikiwa hawateswi na Mwenyezi Mungu; basi wameshindwa katika mambo yao, hawawezi kuleta manufaa wala kuzuia madhara.
