Al-Israa
This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

وَإِن مِّن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا نَحْنُ مُهْلِكُوهَا قَبْلَ يَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ أَوْ مُعَذِّبُوهَا عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا ۚ كَانَ ذَٰلِكَ فِى ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ مَسْطُورًا 58
وَإِن مَّن قَرْيَةٍ إِلاَّ نَحْنُ مُهْلِكُوهَا قَبْلَ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ أَوْ مُعَذِّبُوهَا عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا كَانَ ذَلِك فِي الْكِتَابِ مَسْطُورًا و هيچ شهري نيست (که ساکنانش ستمکار باشند) مگر اينکه ما پيش از روز قيامت نابودش مي گردانيم، يا آن را به عذاب سختي گرفتار مي نماييم . اين در کتاب نگاشته شده است.
(58) یعنی هیچ شهری از شهرهایی که پیامبران را تکذیب کرده‌اند وجود ندارد مگر اینکه حتماً باید گرفتارِ نابودی یا عذاب سختی شود، و این چیزی است که خداوند در لوح محفوظ ثبت نموده، وحکمی قطعی است و باید انجام شود. پس تکذیب‌کنندگان باید هرچه زودتر به سوی خدا بازگردند، و پیامبرانش را تصدیق نمایند، قبل از اینکه فرمان عذاب، آنها را فرا بگیرد.
