بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ. اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي نَوَيْتُ بِالصَّلَاةِ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَليْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، امْتِثَالًا لِأَمْرِكَ، وَتَصْدِيقًا لِنَبِيِّكَ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَليْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَمَحَبَّةً فِيهِ، وَشَوْقًا إِلَيْهِ، وَتَعْظِيمًا لِقَدْرِهِ، وَلِكَوْنِهِ أَهْلًا لِذَلِكَ. فَتَقَبَّلْهَا مِنِّي بِفَضْلِكَ وَإِحْسَانِكَ. وَأَزِلْ حِجَابَ الغَفْلَةِ عَنْ قَلْبِي وَاجْعَلْنِي مِنْ عِبَادِكَ الصَّالِحِينَ.

Allāhumma innī nawaytu biṣṣalāti ʿalān nabiyyi ṣallAllāhu ʿalayhi wasallama, imtithālan li amrika wa taṣdīqan linabiyyika sayyidinā Muḥammadin ṣallAllāhu ʿalayhi wasallama, wa maḥabbatan fīhi, wa shawqan ilayhi, wa taʿẓīman liqadrihi wa likawnihi ahlan lidhalika, fataqabbalhā minnī bifaḍlika wa iḥsānika, wa ʾazil ḥijābal ghaflati ʿan qalbī wajʿalnī min ʿibādikaṣ ṣāliḥīn.

In the Name of Allah, the All-Merciful, the Most Merciful. O Allah, I intend to invoke exaltation upon the Prophet, may Allah exalt and preserve him, in obedience to Your command and with conviction in Your Prophet, our Master Muḥammad, may Allah exalt and preserve him. [I do so] with love for him and yearning for him, exalting his worth as he merits. So accept [it] from me by Your favour and benevolence. Remove from my heart the veil of neglectfulness, and make me one of Your righteous slaves.

اللَّهُمَّ زِدْهُ شَرَفًا عَلَى شَرَفِهِ الَّذِي أَوْلَيْتَهُ، وَعِزًّا عَلَى عِزِّهِ الَّذِي أَعْطَيْتَهُ، وَنُورًا عَلَى نُورِهِ الَّذِي مِنْهُ خَلَقْتَهُ، وَأَعْلِ مَقَامَهُ فِي مَقَامَاتِ المُرْسَلِينَ وَدَرَجَتَهُ فِي دَرَجَاتِ النَّبِيِّينَ.

Allāhumma zidhu sharafan ʿalā sharafihil ladhī awlaytahu, waʿizzan ʿalā ʿizzihil ladhī aʿṭaytahu, wa nūran ʿalā nūrihil ladhī minhu khalaqtahu, wa aʿli maqāmahu fi maqāmātil mursalīna, wa darajatahu fī darajātin nabiyyīn.

O Allah, increase him in honour above the honour which You have given him, and with might beyond the might which You have given him, and give him a light beyond his light from which You created him. Elevate his station among the stations of [Your] Emissaries, and his rank among the ranks of the Prophets.

وَأَسْأَلُكَ رِضَاكَ وَرِضَاهُ يَا رَبَّ العَالَمِينَ مَعَ العَافِيَةِ الدَّائِمَةِ وَالمَوْتِ عَلَى الكِتَابِ وَالسُّنَّةِ وَالجَمَاعَةِ وَكَلِمَتَيْ الشَّهَادَةِ عَلَى تَحْقِيقِهَا مِنْ غَيْرِ تَبْدِيلٍ وَلَا تَغْيِيرٍ. وَاغْفِرْ لِي مَا ارْتَكَبْتُهُ بِفَضْلِكَ وَجُودِكَ وَكَرَمِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ. وَصَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ خَاتِمِ النَّبِيِّينَ وَإِمَامِ المُرْسَلِينَ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ أَجْمَعِينَ وَسَلَامٌ عَلَى المُرْسَلِينَ وَالحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ العَالَمِينَ.

Wa asʾaluka riḍāka wariḍāhu yā rabbal ʿālamīna maʿal ʿāfiyatid dāʾimati wal mawti ʿalāl kitābi was sunnati wal jamāʿati wa kalimatayyish shahādati ʿalā taḥqīqihā min ghayri tabdīlin wa lā taghyīrin, waghfirlī mārtakabtuhu bifaḍlika wajūdika wakaramika yā arḥamar rāḥimīna, wa ṣallAllāhu ʿalā sayyidinā Muḥammadin khātimin nabiyyīna wa imāmil mursalīna wa ʿalā ālihi waṣaḥbihi ajmaʿīna wasalāmun ʿalāl mursalīna walḥamdu liLlāhi rabbil ʿālamīn.

I ask You for Your good pleasure and his good pleasure, O Lord of the Worlds; and for perpetual well-being, and to die adhering to the Book, the Sunna, the [Muslim] Community, and the two Testimonies of Faith, affirming their truth without change or alteration. Forgive me, by Your favour, bounty and generosity, for whatever [wrongs] I have committed, O Most Merciful of those who show mercy. May Allah exalt and preserve our Master Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets and Imam of the Emissaries, and all his Family and Companions. Peace be upon the Emissaries, and praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.
