At-Tawba 9:82
التوبةفَلْيَضْحَكُوا۟ قَلِيلًا وَلْيَبْكُوا۟ كَثِيرًا جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَكْسِبُونَ
Let them laugh a little and weep a lot as a recompense for what they used to do.
