At-Tawba 9:27
التوبةثُمَّ يَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ مِنۢ بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
Then afterward, Allah will accept the repentance of whom He wills, for Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
