At-Tawba 9:10
التوبةلَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً ۚ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ
They do not honor the ties of kinship or treaties with regard to the believers. It is they who are the transgressors.
