Al-Burooj 85:9
البروجٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ شَهِيدٌ
to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and earth, and Allah is Witness over all things.
