Al-Anfaal 8:18
الأنفالذَٰلِكُمْ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيْدِ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ
As such, Allah undermines the plans of the disbelievers.
