Al-Muzzammil 73:15
المزملإِنَّآ أَرْسَلْنَآ إِلَيْكُمْ رَسُولًا شَـٰهِدًا عَلَيْكُمْ كَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَآ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ رَسُولًا
Indeed, We have sent to you a Messenger to be a witness over you, just as We sent to Pharaoh a messenger.
