Al-Jumu'a 62:3
الجمعةوَءَاخَرِينَ مِنْهُمْ لَمَّا يَلْحَقُوا۟ بِهِمْ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ
And [he is also sent] to others of them who have not yet joined them, and He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
