Al-An'aam 6:149

الأنعام

قُلْ فَلِلَّهِ ٱلْحُجَّةُ ٱلْبَـٰلِغَةُ ۖ فَلَوْ شَآءَ لَهَدَىٰكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ

Meaning

Say, “Allah alone has the most conclusive argument. If He had willed, He could have guided you all.”
