Al-Qamar 54:12
القمروَفَجَّرْنَا ٱلْأَرْضَ عُيُونًا فَٱلْتَقَى ٱلْمَآءُ عَلَىٰٓ أَمْرٍ قَدْ قُدِرَ
and We caused the earth to burst forth with springs, then the waters met for a preordained purpose.
