Adh-Dhaariyat 51:19

الذاريات

وَفِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ

and in their wealth, there was a share for the beggar and the destitute.
