Az-Zukhruf 43:84
الزخرفوَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِلَـٰهٌ وَفِى ٱلْأَرْضِ إِلَـٰهٌ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ
It is He Who is God in the heaven and God on earth, and He is the All-Wise, the All-Knowing.
