Az-Zukhruf 43:52

الزخرف

أَمْ أَنَا۠ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ هَـٰذَا ٱلَّذِى هُوَ مَهِينٌ وَلَا يَكَادُ يُبِينُ

Meaning

Or am I not better than this contemptible one who can hardly express himself[20]?

[20] Moses had a speech impediment prior to his mission. However, when he became a prophet he asked Allah to remove his impediment, and his prayer was answered. See 20:25-36.

Or am I [not] better than this one [i.e., Moses] who is insignificant and hardly makes himself clear?[1442]

[1442] That was true previous to his appointment as a prophet, at which time Allāh corrected his speech impediment.
