Az-Zukhruf 43:31
الزخرفوَقَالُوا۟ لَوْلَا نُزِّلَ هَـٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٍ مِّنَ ٱلْقَرْيَتَيْنِ عَظِيمٍ
And they said, “Why was this Qur’an not sent down to a great man from one of the two towns[12]?”
[12] i.e., Makkah and its neighboring town; Tā’if.
