Al-Ghaafir 40:36
غافروَقَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ يَـٰهَـٰمَـٰنُ ٱبْنِ لِى صَرْحًا لَّعَلِّىٓ أَبْلُغُ ٱلْأَسْبَـٰبَ
Pharaoh said, “O Hāmān, build a tower for me so that I may reach the pathways[10] –
