Az-Zumar 39:70

الزمر

وَوُفِّيَتْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَّا عَمِلَتْ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يَفْعَلُونَ

Meaning

Every soul will be paid in full for what it has done, for He knows best[21] what they do.

Meaning

And every soul will be fully compensated [for] what it did; and He is most knowing[1361] of what they do.

[1361] With no need for any record or witnesses, which are but means to establish proof to the soul itself in addition to its own knowledge of what it has done.
