Az-Zumar 39:62
الزمرٱللَّهُ خَـٰلِقُ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ ۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَكِيلٌ
Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is the Guardian over everything.
