Az-Zumar 39:19
الزمرأَفَمَنْ حَقَّ عَلَيْهِ كَلِمَةُ ٱلْعَذَابِ أَفَأَنتَ تُنقِذُ مَن فِى ٱلنَّارِ
Can you save those against whom the decree of punishment has been passed to be in the Fire?
