Saad 38:20
صوَشَدَدْنَا مُلْكَهُۥ وَءَاتَيْنَـٰهُ ٱلْحِكْمَةَ وَفَصْلَ ٱلْخِطَابِ
We strengthened his kingdom and gave him wisdom and sound judgment [and speech].
