Faatir 35:24
فاطرإِنَّآ أَرْسَلْنَـٰكَ بِٱلْحَقِّ بَشِيرًا وَنَذِيرًا ۚ وَإِن مِّنْ أُمَّةٍ إِلَّا خَلَا فِيهَا نَذِيرٌ
We have sent you with the truth as a bearer of glad tidings and a warner. There has never been any community except that a warner came to it[11].
[11] Among all prophets and messengers, only twenty-five are mentioned in the Qur’an.
