Ar-Room 30:59
الرومكَذَٰلِكَ يَطْبَعُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
This is how Allah seals the hearts of those who have no knowledge[24].
[24] i.e., those who do not want to know the truth; rather, they refuse it.
