Al-Qasas 28:5
القصصوَنُرِيدُ أَن نَّمُنَّ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسْتُضْعِفُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَنَجْعَلَهُمْ أَئِمَّةً وَنَجْعَلَهُمُ ٱلْوَٰرِثِينَ
But We wanted to bestow favor upon those who were oppressed in the land[4], and make them leaders and inheritors [of the land],
[4] i.e., the Children of Israel who were oppressed by Pharaoh in Egypt.
