Al-Qasas 28:41
القصصوَجَعَلْنَـٰهُمْ أَئِمَّةً يَدْعُونَ إِلَى ٱلنَّارِ ۖ وَيَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ لَا يُنصَرُونَ
We made them leaders[17] calling to the Fire, and on the Day of Resurrection they will not be helped.
[17] i.e., precedents or role models, followed by subsequent tyrants.
