An-Naml 27:48
النملوَكَانَ فِى ٱلْمَدِينَةِ تِسْعَةُ رَهْطٍ يُفْسِدُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ
There were nine men in the city who used to spread corruption in the land without doing anything good.
