Al-Furqaan 25:67
الفرقانوَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَآ أَنفَقُوا۟ لَمْ يُسْرِفُوا۟ وَلَمْ يَقْتُرُوا۟ وَكَانَ بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ قَوَامًا
And those who neither spend wastefully nor stingily, but are moderate between them;
