Al-Furqaan 25:28

الفرقان

يَـٰوَيْلَتَىٰ لَيْتَنِى لَمْ أَتَّخِذْ فُلَانًا خَلِيلًا

Meaning

Woe to me! Would that I had not taken so-and-so[13] as a close friend!
