Al-Muminoon 23:75
المؤمنونوَلَوْ رَحِمْنَـٰهُمْ وَكَشَفْنَا مَا بِهِم مِّن ضُرٍّ لَّلَجُّوا۟ فِى طُغْيَـٰنِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
Even if We were to show them mercy and relieve their adversity[34], they would still persist in their transgression, wandering blindly.
[34] It refers to the famine which occurred in Makkah some time after the advent of prophethood.
