Taa-Haa 20:7

طه

وَإِن تَجْهَرْ بِٱلْقَوْلِ فَإِنَّهُۥ يَعْلَمُ ٱلسِّرَّ وَأَخْفَى

Meaning

Whether you speak loudly [or not], He surely knows what is secret and what is even more hidden.
