Al-Baqara 2:66
البقرةفَجَعَلْنَـٰهَا نَكَـٰلًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهَا وَمَا خَلْفَهَا وَمَوْعِظَةً لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ
So We made it a deterrent punishment for those alive and for those who succeeded them, and an admonition for the righteous.
