Al-Kahf 18:84
الكهفإِنَّا مَكَّنَّا لَهُۥ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَءَاتَيْنَـٰهُ مِن كُلِّ شَىْءٍ سَبَبًا
We established him on earth and gave him the means to achieve everything[41].
