Al-Kahf 18:6
الكهففَلَعَلَّكَ بَـٰخِعٌ نَّفْسَكَ عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَـٰرِهِمْ إِن لَّمْ يُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِهَـٰذَا ٱلْحَدِيثِ أَسَفًا
Perhaps you will grieve yourself to death [O Prophet] over them[5] if they do not believe in this message[6].
[5] To the extent of almost wasting yourself away.
[6] i.e., the Qur’an.

6. Perhaps, you, would kill yourself (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) in grief, over their footsteps (for their turning away from you), because they believe not in this narration (the Qur’ân).
